Policy on Charges for Advertising in Publications

Purpose:	To set out the cost of advertising in AIA publications.

Date of Application:	This policy will apply from 1 July 2009.
Responsible:	Events & Publications Coordinator
Criteria:	Advertising and insert content must conform to the requirements set out in the Policy on External Relationships. The AIA reserves the right to reject any material submitted. Advertising can also be provided as part of sponsorship arrangements.
Application:	Only ¼, ½, full page (A4), and single A4 page inserts will be accepted No more than one page per 12 page IV is to be allocated to advertising. No more than one advertisement or banner advertisement per issue for all other AIA publications.
Rates:	Advertising rates are as per table below. All prices *exclude* GST.
