AIA Contra Arrangements Policy

Purpose:

To list the potential benefits the Australian Investors’ Association (AIA) can offer and would like to receive when discussing contra arrangements.

Coverage:

This arrangement is to be applied to organisations which meet the criteria listed in the External Arrangements Policy.

Date of Application:

This policy will apply from 1 April 2009.

Responsible:

The AIA Executive, who may delegate this authority, is responsible for the application of this contra arrangement policy. The Events & Publications Co-ordinator will generally negotiate any contra agreement. The execution of a contra agreement may also involve Secretariat.

  • Reciprocal link on AIA website.
  • Distribution of material to delegates at AIA seminars and conferences.
  • Advertising in Investors Voice magazine or other publications (g Email Bulletins).
  • Opportunity to contribute to AIA publications.
  • Opportunity for promotion in Info Email.
  • Opportunity to present at AIA events.
  • Direct email to AIA members.
  • Insert with publication distributed to AIA members.

  • Discount offer on AIA website.
  • Promotion of AIA and/or AIA events on your website.
  • Reciprocal link on your website.
  • Offer of AIA three month trial subscription/AIA membership to your clients/subscribers.
  • Inclusion of AIA membership brochure/event material with your organisation's mailing.
  • Promotion of AIA membership brochures/event material/Investors’ Voice magazines within your organisation's office.
  • AIA advertisement/article in your organisation's publication/newsletter.
