Fundamental Analysis
Ron Gibson (AIA Member)
An introduction to share investing to be followed by an explanation of the main fundamental items and ratios and how these can be used. It will be explained what works and why, followed by how to do a search for stocks that fulfill these criteria.

Technical Analysis
This session will give you a clear understanding of technical analysis taking you from basic to intermediate  level. You will then be shown how to do searches for momentum to enable you to select stocks.

Online Trading and Tax Records
You will be taken through Commsec site showing you how to place buy and sell orders online at cheaper rates and how to set stop loss. Following this you will be shown how to keep records using Excel program and how to present this to your accountant to save you both time and money!

Bob will show how you can use managed funds and listed investment companies for your entire market investing if you choose not to have direct shares. Some investors may just use these for small company and overseas company investment.
