How do I change my password?
From the home page www.investors.asn.au select Members login.
Once the Log in page has loaded, select “Forgot your password?”.
After you select “Forgot your password?” the following appears:
Enter your Username or E-mail address and select the “Get New Password” button.
The following message “Check your e-mail for the confirmation link” will appear on your screen.
Go to your E-mail inbox and select the message sent to change your password.
If the message does not appear in your E-mail inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
Click the link in the body of the E-mail message.
The following page will be loaded on your screen:
Type in your new password, with a minimum length of 8 characters then select “Reset Password”. The next screen will note that your password has been successfully changed.
Use the password to login to AIA members area and enjoy the content!
Note: If you do not receive the email and if it cannot be found in your spam/junk folder than you may be registered with a different email address.
If you can recall the correct email address - go back to step 4 and enter the other email address.
If you are unsure which email address is associated with your Member log in or if your email address has changed since your last log in, please call 1300 555 061 and ask for assistance.
