XTalks presented by MSquared Capital are seminars on steroids.
Featuring a handpicked roster of external thought leaders and experts, each XTalks 10min session has been designed to cut through the waffle and get straight to the information investors need to peak their interest and point them in the right direction to find out more in accordance to their own personal investment strategies.
Once the XTalks program goes live on Monday 12 April, all registered in-person delegates will be required to select 3 XTalks to attend as part of their Summit program.
Yes - members receive a discounted ticket price for both In-Person tickets and Virtual Passes.
In-Person tickets and Virtual Passes can be purchased using the ticketing portal.

What is a Virtual Pass?
The Virtual Pass provides online access to the 1 Day Summit via a secure Virtual Attendee Hub.
The Virtual Ticket includes several components:
- an interactive live stream of our main stage session room
- Virtual Exhibitor Booths including ability to attend 1:! meetings with sponsors via our virtual exhibition hall.
- On Demand access to X-Talks Sessions
- On Demand access to exclusive content provided by our partners
- Participation in live Q&A and polling during main sessions,
- Ability to join discussion groups following X-Talks to continue the exchange
Your virtual registration only provides you with a single log-in.
Session links will be hosted by the conference app which can detect and prevent simultaneous logins from a single registration.
How does a Live Stream work?
Live streaming is when the streamed video is sent over the Internet in real time, without first being recorded and stored.
All 1 Day Summit Virtual Pass holders will watch all main sessions 'live' as they are delivered.
To access the live stream all Virtual Pass holders will receive an email with a link to download the Summit's event app A unique password will also be provided to give Virtual Pass holders access to the livestream. Full instructions and demonstrations will be sent to all Virtual Pass holders to assist them access the event app, the stream and all associated functionality.
The event will only be postponed if Covid19 restrictions in regards to gatherings and non essential travel are reinstated by NSW Health and the NSW Government.
In this instance all attendees (virtual and in-person) will be advised in a timely manner of the new date and their tickets carried over.
If they cannot attend the new date then a credit note/ voucher will be issued for use on future AIA events both online and in person.
In the event that a In-Person ticket holder becomes ill and can no longer attend or wishes to cancel their ticket for any reason including Covid19, then their In-Person ticket will be transferred to a Virtual Pass with the difference being refunded to the ticket holder.
In the event that a Virtual Pass holder becomes ill and can no longer watch the event via the livestream or wishes to cancel their ticket for any reason their ticket cannot be refunded. All Virtual Pass holders regardless if they watch the event live, will have access to all the event content via the On Demand package which will be available to watch over multiple viewings for up to 3 months after the event.

In-Person Ticket Cancellations
In the event that a In-Person ticket holder becomes ill and can no longer attend or wishes to cancel their ticket for any reason including Covid19, then their In-Person ticket will be transferred to a Virtual Pass with the difference being refunded to the ticket holder.
Virtual Pass Cancellations
In the event that a Virtual Pass holder becomes ill and can no longer watch the event 'live' via the livestream or wishes to cancel their ticket for any reason, their ticket cannot be refunded. All Virtual Pass holders regardless if they watch the event live, will have access to all the event content via the On Demand package which will be available to watch over multiple viewings for up to 3 months after the event.
Yes - there will be an event app for all delegates , both in person and virtual, to use on the day.
The app will feature the day's program, virtual exhibition hall, live Q&A and polling, sponsors and speakers profiles and message/ chat facility.
For our virtual pass holders the app will also be your portal to watch the live stream of the event.
All registered delegates will receive an email with a link to download the app week commencing Monday 19 April.
